Email Issues…
May 6, 2009 by Elizabeth · Leave a Comment
Hello on this lovely, rainy afternoon!
Looks like The Salvation Army is experiencing a few email difficulties that effect those of you who hold Yahoo and Sbcglobal email addresses.
Emails sent from those accounts have a high likelihood of not making it through right now (just a temporary problem).
So for now, let’s stick with the old fashioned way of communicating – (317) 224-1010.
We have all kinds of opportunities coming up this month – give me a call and we’ll talk about them!

Eat Outside the Box!!!
May 1, 2009 by Elizabeth · Leave a Comment
You like free live music, right? And eating outside in gorgeous May weather? Homemade desserts? How about a cookout-style meal where the proceeds go to a program aimed to prevent homelessness in Indianapolis?
You’re in luck. Have we got the event for you…
Join us at Vetrans Memorial Park on Thursday, May 14th from 10am-2pm for lunch, music by Bandwagon, and homemade desserts! All proceeds benefit The Salvation Army’s Homelessness Bites program and go directly towards helping those who, without the help, could end up homeless.
Two Men and a Truck will even be there giving away a free move to one lucky winner! (What a great deal in this day and age!)
For more information, check out www.HomelessnessBites.org and click on “Events”.
See you there!
